This website has been designed to easily guide you through our collections using a simple form of navigation that we hope you will find quick and convenient.

*In the event that the ordered items are from more than one supplier an additional fee may be charged as these suppliers will be charging us delivery. We will e-mail you if that is the case and any additional fee would have to be agreed by you before the order is processed.

We accept all major credit cards; American Express, MasterCard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta and Visa Electron. After you send your order you will receive a copy by email, please print or keep this copy for your own records. This does not mean we have accepted your order. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped. All prices shown are in £ Euro, and are inclusive of VAT at 21%. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, cash or bank transfer, please contact us at the showroom as we can only accept your order by telephone or mail or by prior arrangement.
Many of our products are held in stock in our warehouses in which case they are ready for dispatch. If a product is ordered from a supplier or if you have specific requirements, an order may take longer before it is in stock. Delivery times for products ordered from suppliers vary. Sometimes our suppliers will complete an order in less time so if you require your item as a matter of urgency, please let us know and we will make the relevant enquiries. Once your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch within 14 days but please allow 28 days for delivery. Some of our handcrafted items might take longer for reasons of manufacture but we will advise you if that is the case.
Please do not arrange for an electrician until you have possession of your goods as compensation cannot be given for delays. Please note you are required to examine your Goods at point of delivery and sign 'received in good condition'. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork 'accepted package damaged' or if you so wish, refuse the delivery. Please always check your goods on delivery or if not given time please sign for as unexamined. If the packaging is damaged please sign accepted package damaged. If not satisfied please refuse the delivery, however if you have signed received in good condition we will subsequently not refund or pay for collection of goods.
If there is no one to receive your purchase on the first attempt the courier will leave a card and then attempt to deliver the package on the following day also.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases. Should you wish to return anything to us, our returns policy is set out below.
If we make a mistake with your order, or if the goods received are in some way faulty, we have a no quibble returns policy. Simply contact our office by phone or e-mail and we will either arrange for item to be collected by courier or agree alternative postal arrangement. All returns will receive a return authorization number. We will pay your return delivery costs. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.
If you wish to return goods for a refund please contact us by email, phone or fax in the first instance. Goods returned without prior arrangement will not be accepted. We accept goods for a full refund if notified within 7 days of delivery to you. All items will receive a return authorization number. Goods which have been used, or are no longer in original packaging, can't be returned. We can’t reimburse the purchase price of goods lost in transit; consequently, we strongly recommend that goods are fully insured. The cost of returning goods to us is yours. We do not refund any delivery charges.
Please return items to: Unit 5b 4park Business Centre, Farranfore, Co. Kerry, Ireland. We regret, however, that in this case we cannot refund return postage costs.
We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us. Please ask at your post office for a free proof of postage. Lighting and living will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the items once they have been received by our warehouse.
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive your order. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Lighting and Living by letter, fax or email, giving details of the items ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning them to Lighting and Living at your own cost. The items must be returned to our warehouse. You must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Once you have notified Lighting and Living that you are cancelling the contract, Lighting and Living will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the items once they have been returned.
